Rudy De Bock provides insight and perspective with his photography of bears. This picture and the others, are only to be used to promote the SAC Foundation site. Their webmaster tells me that they are on the verge of an english language version of the site. Once that is available, we can know more of the purpose and methods of the SACFOUND.
