I'm still too busy reading Google's reply to a motion for temporary injunction, and motion to dismiss to formulate an opinion upon the legal dispute between Google and portal/ad network SearchKing. It's all Lawmeme's fault, over at Yale Law School. Lawmeme has made the 40 page long reply and 10 page long motion available, along with some very insightful analysis and commentary.
